Simplify-ERP™ is looking to hire a senior developer for our Python/Odoo ERP team in Skopje, to groom in a team of developers and execute exciting western European projects!

You will have the opportunity at Simplify-ERP™ to play a crucial role in our Python full-stack implementation teams, responsible for projects in Germany, Switzerland, Benelux and Nordics.

You should possess in-depth knowledge of object-relational mapping, experience with server-side logic, and excellent knowledge of Python programming.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements, writing bug free clean code and ensure that the solution works per the agreed architecture.
  • Analyze problems and device solutions quickly
  • Odoo Open-Source ERP, business-applications framework based on Python Webservices
  • Adapt to rapidly evolving requirements and changing priorities and drive the team accordingly
  • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions

Must Have

  • Excellent Python skills
  • Technical degree in a field related to Information Technology or Engineering or equivalent qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in real-world projects and professional stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency with data base technologies – MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Frontend Responsive UI frameworks based on Bootstrap for web and mobile
  • Problem solving spirit

Nice to have

  • 100% hands on role
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience troubleshooting problems with complex implementations, including log review, service validation, and defect documentation
  • Experience with Linux
